Question / Help Previewing Seems Fine... Recording/Streaming otherwise

Sorry if this has probably been answered, but I've searched all over for a solution.

When previewing, everything I want to capture displays just fine (this being some drawing programs). Audio is also fine. However when I go to record or stream, the screen is entirely black, but I can still hear myself.

I checked the video settings and nothing was displayed in video adapter.

My sole graphics driver is an "Intel® HD Graphics Family" so I thought I'd be able to access the Intel graphics control panel. Unfortunately, it's not included with that driver. So I wouldn't be able to set anything involving OBS there.

And from what I can tell, it's up to date, there were no prompts saying it needed updates, and I was sure to check the site for anything involving it.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, it'd be most appreciated!

I tried using that particular link as well as finding it on the site myself with no luck.

As I previously stated, I located it on my computer and tried to manually update with no luck as well.

EDIT: My computer's manufactured graphic drivers are custom for this laptop (Surface Pro 3 with Intel Core i5-4300U). I don't know if installing a generic driver would lead to any negative effects....

If the preview is working then you probably are missing codecs when trying to rewatch the recorded video. Use VLC.

I've uploaded some tests, and it looks like those are working fine. (Tried VLC and it works fine there too)

Streaming on the other hand seems to still be an issue. Thanks for the quick response, by the way.
