Question / Help Preview Stream Doesn't Lose Frames while Streaming Does

I am using hotspot shield vpn and get 8000kb/s up. Whenever I preview, I don't lose any frames (Red light) but when I stream, I lose most of them. Why is that?

Probably because your VPN doesn't provide a stable connection. Try turning it off.
