When i see the preview in the obs client and move my mouse it is fine but when i preview in twitch there is a massive delay[i think about 30-40 seconds.i move my mouse and 40 sec later it moves to where i was.] I set the source to monitor if it makes any difference. Anyone know why this is happening?

This is completely normal. Twitch streams will be between 15 seconds to 3 minutes behind what is happening on your screen.
There's a lot going on, on the back-end; livestreaming is not a Skype call, or an RDP/VNC session. It will not be in sync with what is happening on your machine.

Oh. How come for some it seems like it is instant? For ex someone gets killed in a shooter and they react along with twitch fans on the chat simultaneously.
