Question / Help Preview lags while streaming - Actual stream is fine

In certain games, especially newer titles, the preview in OBS will lag while I stream. The actual stream on twitch is fine though. No idea what causes this - I have learned to deal with it, but it is annoying.

That happens sometimes, but seems to more often when the GPU or CPU is heavily loaded. Which is going to happen on a modern game with an i7-970+GTX780 combo, if you have the graphical settings turned up.

Also, would strongly advise setting your bitrate to 2000kbps instead of the 3372 it's presently set at, unless you're a Twitch Partner. Your viewers are going to get a lot of buffering at that rate, and I'm not sure where the current number is coming from... guessing a speedtest result of some sort?

I got similar problem here.
A little different is that my stream really lag, but only video stuck, sound was fine.
