I have a Sony HandyCam mini DV camcorder. Trying to capture my movies before this dinosaur gives out. My question is what are the correct settings in OBS to avoid the horizontal stretching / distortion that is taking place during the capture process? I want to preserve the aspect ratio of the original recording and am not concerned if any black bars appear on the sides of the final product like you see when you play 4:3 in a 16:9 screen. I’m hoping someone in this forum has perfected this process, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
