Question / Help Premiere Pro video playback quality low

I recorded a video on garry's mod, but when I brought it into premiere pro. The playback video quality was very low, any ideas on the issue? Ill upload a picture and OBS settings when I get home!

If you are local recording only, set your "buffer" to 0.

Also, set your game capture to fit to screen (or whatever its called).
