Question / Help Possible to stream with this setup?

Hi ppl

I recently decided to give streaming a try. However when i try to stream to twitch my stream constantly has to be reloaded for viewers, or lag heavily. I tried lowered the quality, following several guides that i found on this forum, but nothing seems to help.

The problem occurs in all games i tried to stream, Diablo, Hearthstone, CS GO, League of legends, ark survival evolved etc..

So now im thinking that it might be that my specs simply arent high enough.

My setup is.

MOBO: MSI A88X-G45 Gaming
Ram: 4x4gb G.skill Ares - DDR3 1866 MHz
HD: Samsung Evo 850
PCU: AMD Athlon X4 860K 4MB (Quadcore)
GPU: Inno3d GTX970

Internet connection: 100/100 (Speedtest gives me 110/114)

Is it possible stream in a decent quality with this setup, and if it is, what can i do to prevent the stream from falling out constantly?

depending on the game.

i have seen people streaming wow and hearthstone with this cpu even with 720p30 but the cpu is quite outdated and doesnt perform that well with multiple high cpu tasks but your problems seems to be more bitrate related so a logfile would be greatly appreciated

Do you have a suggestion for a decent AMD cpu that would be better for streaming then?

tbh i wouldnt suggest buying amd cpus as of right now especially on the fm2+ sockets
