i tried in the last time to stream on twitch, but i have many lags with i want to stream and my picture isnt good if i looking this on twitch. So my question is: Can i stream on twitch with this Setting?
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955
RAM: 8,00GB Dual Channel DDR3 @ 401MHz
Motherboard: GA-880GA-UD3H
Graphic card: 2048MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 78000 Series
