Question / Help Possible Memory Issues?

I have a dual PC setup and i used to be able to broadcast at 3000kbps bitrate flawlessly. Now if i go above 2100kbps i start dropping frames like crazy. It has gradually moved its way down to 2100kbps and i stream with an FX 8120 @4.0GHz with 16 GB of PNY Xclr8 memory. Also, my upload is 12MBps. I think the memory is starting to get faulty consodering its a few years old. Any ideas?

Frame drops is always a bandwidth related issue. Even though your connection might be perfectly capable of those bitrates, there can be many other factors involved that limit your actual throughput to twitch servers.
