Question / Help popping noise in mic while streaming! please help.

hi im using my astro a40 headset with mix amp when streaming xbox games, i have the usb plugged into my pc so obs can pic it up as a audio device and i can use my mic to talk through it. when i live stream my viewers tell me its making a popping noise. here is an example of it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EghANMehsQs&feature=youtu.be
i dont know what the problem is with it, i do know that when i used my webcam mic it worked fine with no popping noise so it has to be something with my headset mic. please help.

for anyone who is still having trouble with this i found a fix, vary simple. just plug your mix amp usb into your computer usb slot and goto this link: http://www.astrogaming.com/firmware/firmware.html from there u have to scroll down to your mix amp and update the software. worked perfectly for me.
