Question / Help Plz help for WoW streaming/tips/advice/

Trying to find some consistence streaming settings for when i stream WoW i just wanna know if there's anything i can try regardless of down sizing my bitrate. Here's some examples of logs and my netspeed!!!!
I noticed the stream skipping tons when you see ill have FPS drops on the stream but ingame my ping and performance is fine

That's where i am confused. I use the same server always. i showed my Netspeed in my thread is this a different way of seeing something? Plus ive used same settings before with no issues at all, that's where im having a hard time what's going wrong/on?
