Question / Help Plugins not working

Can't get plugins to work for either 32 bit or 64 bit. So any help? They aren't showing up in plugins or anything. I followed the instructions and still no luck for either.

What plugin are you trying to install?
Do you have a screenshot of your plugins folders?

so i installed clr browser plugin and video source plugin and put them both in the 32 bit and 64 bit versions of obs. still no luck though. =/

You didn't follow the directions.

Okay so what did I do wrong?

You put the files from the zips in the wrong folder.
The contents of the two zips go in the main plugins folder, not in their own subfolders in the plugins folder
