I am trying to install

I have installed both manually in the correct locations and it still doesn't work. Anybody able to explain what's going on?

You should contact the creator of the plugin. Here is for general OBS support.
Try writing in the subforum of this plugins.

The plugins must be compatile with the version of OBS you're using.
