Plugin not showing

Hey, im new to OBS and I don't really understand how most stuff work.

I watched a YouTube tutorial of how to download the plugin(Tuna) and I did the same steps but the plugin just doesn't show up neither in Source nor in Tools. I have tried both ways to install the plugin: through the installer and through copying and pasting the data and plugin folders into the obs program file

The latest version of Tuna works only on the latest version of OBS. You need either update OBS to its latest version or remove Tuna and install a previous Tuna version, which you can find on the plugin page: https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/tuna.843/
Look inside History. You should try version 1.7.1 or earlier.
