Question / Help Plugin Error. CLRhost

After extracting the CLRhostplugin File and .dll file this is the error i receive
"Plugin 'clrhostplugin.dll' is designed for the 64 bit version of OBS and could not be loaded. Please check that the correct version of the plugin is installed."
Now I clearly downloaded the 32 bit version so why this error is coming up is odd.
Since it was the 32 bit version it put it in the Program File (x86) like instructed. I feel i have done it correctly.. what am i missing?
I did try downloading the 64 bit version and putting it in the regular Program File.. this did not work either..
 
I'm having the same problem and registered into this website because there doesn't seem to be a solution anywhere else. I've followed the instructions on the clr browser page, I downloaded & installed the "MS Visual C++ Run Times to 2013" & the ".NET installation to 4.5.x." I'm still getting the same message when I open OBS. Am I missing something?!?
