Plenty of Stuttering

I haven't ever posted here and i've been on and off with streaming and recording content. I was going to get back into it today with some helldivers. I was going to make a build video. I plugged in my ps5 with capture card to computer as i've always done and the preview in obs was stuttering terribly, same with when I would record the video was barely chugging along. I looked online for any fix and couldn't find one that worked. Anything here would be greatly appreciated. Here is the log.

This isn't the only thing, but it looks like something is up with your monitor. 40HZ, 6-bit color, are you actually using these settings?

Need a new log with an encoding session on the new driver. Also need to check on the monitor status. Your old log doesn't show any rendering or encoding lag.

Disable Game Bar/Game DVR.

Run the test using a new Profile with just 1 Scene / 1 Source. There's a ton of SE errors that you may have to deal with at some point, but for now just use the new Profile.

You have a least 1 stale plugin, check/update them or remove them if they are no longer needed.

Current version is v1.1.13.
14:13:20.960: [obs-backgroundremoval] plugin loaded successfully (version 0.5.17)

Monitor is still not right, 40HZ/6-bit. Double check your display settings.

I haven't seen this before, something's missing. Any ideas?

16:59:16.580: Skipping module '../../obs-plugins/64bit/onnxruntime.dll', not an OBS plugin

No i've got no idea everything was working smooth last time I streamed about a month ago tried to record something today and was having issues. Also what should I be changing my monitor settings to? Everything seems fine i'm not really sure what's wrong

No, it's not OBS.

Maybe this will help. Click on that blue "Display adapter properties"
