Question / Help "Please Stand-by" on Youtube

I followed the tutorial on streaming to YouTube, but i keep getting the message on YouTube itself saying "Please stand-by" where everything else saying "Health: OK".

Not quite sure what i'm doing wrong. I have successfully streamed to YouTube and Twitch in the past. But for some reason i keep getting stuck with the "Stand-By" message using OBS now.
 
Yes. But it keep saying "please stand-by" on the public page too. In fact, even the preview window kept saying "Please Stand-by"
