so ive been trying to use obs successfully on my own reading guides and watching videos on youtube and its just not working
i have my log from an attempted stream to twitch tonight audio was fine just the video stopped completely after a few seconds of the game

if someone could please help me get this straightened out i would be so grateful

Upgrade your CPU. It's a potato.
You've blown all your cash on the video card, I'm guessing, which is why upgrading the CPU isn't an option?

Otherwise downscale to around 240p (at most).
Also turn Aero back on, it speeds up Window Capture.
You might also need to bump up to Ultrafast on the encoding presets, to take a little more load off the CPU.
Also, unless you're a partnered streamer, I'd recommend staying at/under 2000kbps (as Twitch recommends).
Additionally, you want to match your bitrate and buffer. Get rid of the custom one.

That is a 7 year old dual core, even ultrafast at the lowest downscale possible will probably not work. Real time video encoding requires tremendous amounts of CPU power if you want any sort of reasonable quality, there is no way around this.
