I was able to stream fine before. It started getting choppy no matter what game I play heres a test. My specs are more than capable. Even after a fresh install of windows its choppy.

profile should be set to main
keyframe interval should be 2 not 0

maxbitrate/buffer: typically this needs to be set to a level where viewers do not buffer, so if your viewers (not you watching your own stream) start to buffer, lower bitrate and buffer together. from 2500-3000, less users should buffer. If they still buffer, consider dropping to 720@30 2500 bitrate then running your preset on medium or slow

The thing is its not the viewers buffering its literally stuttering in obs and then carrying over to the stream
