Question / Help Please Help!

I recently purchased the SC-512N1-L/DVI from Solaris Japan. Everything is installed, and I can get streamcatcher to see the video but whenever I try using OBS it doesn't work. It won't even give me the option to select the board itself. I can select Streamcatcher but all I get is black screen.

Is there something I am doing wrong?
