Question / Help PLEASE HELP XBOX ONE OBS

Trying to use my live gamer portable as a global source all I get is a red box and obs is not recognizing the lgp as a source of audio ps im trying to stream the xbox one.

Could you give me a log file of this problem? I unfortunately cannot diagnose the problem without it.

Did you install the AverMedia Stream Engine? You'll need that before you can use the LGP in OBS.

You will need AverMedia Stream Engine Like R1CH said, also make sure to use the obs 32-bit version, the LGP doesn't work on the 64-bit version.
