Bug Report Please Help - When recording I have a split screen on playback

Hi I am new to OBS software and having an issue that relates to a split in the screen on the right hand side of the playback screen

I am using trackIR in conjunction with Elite Dangerous. I have the ATI Radeon 6970HD graphics card with latest drivers My PC Spec:

Vibox Destroyer

Case - NZXT Phantom Black
Motherboard - Gigabyte 970A-D3
Processors - AMD FX-6100 6 Core 3.3/3.9GHz
Cooling - Corsair Hydro Series H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
Memory - 16GB Corsair DDR3 1333MHz (4 x 4GB)
Graphics Card - ATI Radeon HD 6970 2GB GDDR5
Creative Sound Blaster Recon3D Fatality Proffessional - SB1386.
Hard Drive - 1 x SSD (250GB) 2 x 2TB, 2 x 3TB
Optical Drive - Samsung DVD-RW - Blu Ray ROM Internal Sata Drive
OS - Win7 Ultimate 64bit
Monitor - AOC 53Series Ultri thin 23" Monitor TFT LCD

I should add this is intermittent but last 16 videos I have done are all spoilt this way as I was not reviewing as I did each video as I was in live play.

Jim thanks for your response and apologies for my slowness responding. It is the only one I have been using, I have since tested another recording program Xsplit games caster as a bench test comparison and there was no split or any artifacts showing on that recording.

I have recorded again tonight and again it is there. something else that I had not noticed before when I activate record I hear a voice after I hear recording started, I also hear error but it is a different voice so thru me a bit.

I wonder if it is a setting or plugin issue.
