i tryed from another laptop and it is moving cool , but i have another problem now ,the uper problem !

AFTER 20 MINUTES IT IS BLOCKING THE IMAGE AND I HAVE TO RESET ALL THINGS !

The problem is that i canot stream. On an laptop it is moving ok , but when i start streaming it is laging like 10 fps and in 20 seconds it is bloccking the image .
On the other laptop , everything is ok , but i can't stream also . Every 10 minutes the imagine is blocking and sometimes is flickering .
I use a DSLR with a capture card . Everything was allright untill yesterday . ididnt streamed from 2 weeks and when i started everything was not allright anymore.

Thanks @Sapiens but it is still like very bad performance . It is not clearly 30 fps , it is not moving smoothly and also the cpu is in 80%
