Question / Help please help to resolve, the capture is only one forth at top left right

Could anyone help to resolve this problem... I using sony camcorder SONY HD Exmor R 7,1 Mega pixels
using video capture device in seting
set 1280x720

Your log only shows your monitor capture attempts, which work EXTREMELY bad on windows 7.

It does not show an attempt to use the video capture device.

I m already use the video capture device as you cans see it already checked
and the screen on youtube the same with that condition.

Any suggestion to resolve this problem

the broadcast on youtube is success but the problem is, the capture only give one fourth of the top

I ve try to set 854 x 480 the result is still same dark area... the frame still give same dark area

5:4 video on a 16:9 workspace.
Of course you're going to have black bars.

so could you please give me some recommendation where and what should I set

You either set up an overlay image for the black bar area or you set your base resolution to one that has a 5:4 aspect ratio.

Ive try to set 640x360, this is the result, all blured to red
Im confuse about the reference mostly said it shoud have 16:9 ratio

Pls give some recomendation

The last thing I've try set into 720x480 the screen on you tube still remains dark area, but on the OBC already full cover to the frame

Now, what is the best to do next
