I have the Reso set to 1280/720 P in OBS 30 fps and can't seem to find the proper bit rate. i have 150MBBS Download and 170MBPS Upload speed. ive tried the following bitrates, 1000,1500,1800,2000,2500,3000,3500 None of these seems to run my stream smoothly or it just freezes up? Iv'e tried 2 of the closest FMS servers. both didn't work. I am Using ethernet not Wifi. down below i posted my specs

Any ideas on how i can setup OBS to run a smooth stream? I dont mind the occasionally Spike for viewers or myself.. I just don't want to look like udder crap and run decently smooth...
