As the topic says..

My upload speed is 10mps and download speed is 80mps
I got a HPw2207h Monitor, which is annoying, because the resolution is 1680x1050, which makes the downscale resolution 1120x700 and i want HD

Here is my settings, please tell me what im doing wrong... it lags sometimes when i look at my stream from my laptop (streaming from stationary )

Usually it's much more efficient just to paste a log (with code tags to keep the forum clean). Can also use that to determine if there's network or performance problems.

What sort of lag do you mean anyway? Lag can mean a number of things.

When i talk about lag, i mean when i watch my stream from my MacBook, then it sometimes stop and load and after few seconds it starts again.

log looks okay i'd say ... sounds more like a usual buffer problem on twitchs end not much you can do against it except trying another ingest server

But how do i stream in HD? Im not a computer genius, but when my screen is 1680x1050, then it can only downscale to 1120x700, which is not HD. Any suggestions on how i can stream in HD?
Do you recommend a game capture card?

You don't appear to have frame drops or other issues that I can tell, it could just be buffering issues you're having, I'm not entirely sure unfortunately.

And 1120x700 is close enough to HD, it's not that many pixels in difference.

Well i tried to set the downscale resolution to 1344x840, and the bitrate 2000, and it seems to work :-D
But which option should i use, when i stream from desktop, because when i stream me playing League of legends, then i use game capture, but it does not capture the desktop, so i assume i have to use screen capture, when im at desktop, but it laggs? :s

Just use window capture on the lobby window and game capture for in-game. Recommend using two scenes and hotkey the scenes, or use the automatic scene switcher plugin on the plugins forum. There should also be a league of legends setup guide on the guides forum.
