Question / Help Please help me for the settings ! Thanks.

Hello , I want to record a game like Counter-Strike Global Offensive , GTA 5 etc and I play the game (without the OBS open at about 100 fps) , when I open the OBS and start to record the FPS go to 40 or lower and I have soo more frame drope.
My PC specs :
1x HDD WD Caviar Blue 1TB SATA3 64MB 7200RPM
1x Corsair 8GB DDR3 1866MHz Vengeance rev A
1x Motherboard AsRock Z97
1X Processor Intel Core i5-4690K 3,5 GHZ
1x Grapics Card GTX 970
1x DVD-Writer ASUS DRW-24F1ST Retail black
1x Modular Source ZALMAN ZM700-GLX 700W
1x Computer Case Zalman Z3 PLus Black

Please help me beacuse I want so much to record and stream to Youtube because I have a Youtube Channel and now I don't can .

I dont use CBR
Quality balance 10
Max Bitrate 25000
Buffer Size 25000
Audio encoding : Default
Video : Video adapter Nvidia geforce GTX 970
Base resolution : Custom 1920 1080
None resolution downscale
FPS : 60
Disable Aero on
Advanced : Use multithreaded optimization ON
Process Priority class : above normal
disable encoding while previewing OFF
Allow other modifiers on hotkeys ON
Video : x264CPU present veryfast
encoding profile high
keyframe interval 0
Use CFR ON
Custom x264 encoder settings : crf=20
encode in full range off
allow 61-120fps entry in video settings off
Audio : Default
Network:default

That's all . Can you help me ?
