Question / Help Playing Looping WMV or MP4 files

Having trouble playing a looping WMV file as a background, can anyone recommend a way to do this?

VLC fails to loop! I guess I can covert the WMV file...

Also, is there a specific source, other then Window or Monitor Capture for this... ??

Well.. converted WMV file to MP4, using the command line to launch VLC (using the --loop command line parameter) now loops the background fine... However OSB fails to show the 2nd+ iteration of the MP4 file playing using a Game Capture source... BLAH! Anyone know a fix for this?

I don't want to use a window capture since I want to minimize the VLC window.
