Question / Help Planetside 2 Disappears when I use Game Capture

I read this was an issue a few months back but never really saw an answer. I've seen stuff about overlays and such but I've closed everything i can and the game still crashes. There are times where it will work(turned off shadowplay and it worked once but not the other times) but when i think i solve it it just crashes again.

I also want to add that this only happens with Planetside 2. Other steam games, Shadow of Mordor and CoD: Advanced Warfighter work fine with Game Capture.
 
UPDATE

Not only am I having this issue, My window capture option freezes after the first frame on anything I put it on during preview and recording.

I have uninstalled and deleted all the folders then reinstalled but both the PS2 and Window Capture issue are still there.

My monitor capture does work and is what I will be using for Planetside 2 for now... I just wish i could use window capture
 
Perhaps use x264 instead of quick sync, your CPU is powerful enough for that.
About the other problem, are you perhaps using Razer Synapse? If so, close it

I switched to x264 the problem still occurs.

I don't use razer synapse and I disable the Steam and Origin In Game overlays as well as turned off shadowplay(fixed the issue during one preview)
