Bug Report Planetside 2 crashes when I try to record gameplay

Hi there, I am having a issue of when I click start recording then go in game the game crashes. I've tried so many times again, and again and again to see if it will record, but it's still crashing.

It's a known problem and it is a problem with a windows 8.1 and PS2 64bit

I've already saw that thread but its still crashing but thanks
