Question / Help Pixelated when Fast

I've noticed that whenever I move my camera real fast or whatever kind of fast motion there may be, it usually results in dramatic pixels. My upload speed it 4.6 Mbps.

Downscale your resolution. There's not enough bitrate to maintain picture quality at the resolution you have set.
