Question / Help Pixelated stream

Hey Guys,

I've been trying to get this to work for a long time now.

Let's cut the crap and get straight to the action:

Settings:

Quality - 6
Max Bitrate - 2000
Buffer Size - 3000
res - 1280x720p @ 30fps
preset - ultrafast

My internetspeed is 100mbit down 6mbit up.

I'm running a i7-3770k and a gtx680 so computer-wise it should be no problem for me.

I appreciate any kind of help.

You should be fine as things are, could probably bump quality balance up to 8.

It's generally recommended to keep Max Bitrate and Buffer Size the same for complex technical reasons, but it won't hurt you being set how it is.

you should be able to stream very comfortably with that overclocked 3770k at 720p@30fps. you can try typing subme=8 in the custom field it would help with motion scenes in particular at the cost of more cpu time.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the help. I absolutely love OBS so far, streaming has been so much more fun since I discovered it.
Unfortunately I don't know alot about the entire encoding/decoding/buffer thing.
My stream is running in an acceptable quality now, thanks again.

:D
