Question / Help Pixelated Stream on a good PC

Hello,

Ive got a problem regarding my stream.Basicly when im standing still in games the stream looks clear,without any pixel loss.
When im moving,even if the game doesnt have alot of effects or no effects at all the stream starts to pixelate.

My PC: i7 4970K at 4.8 OverC /GTX 960 OC / 8GB Ram ( in case your thinking what spec do i own )

Before I even see the log, however, I can tell you that this "pixelation" you see is because of your bitrate. I don't, however, know what your bitrate is set to, or what you're trying to do, so please post a complete log.

Yea prob my upload is not that good;

Im also trying to stream eather on Twitch.tv or Hitbox.tv ... since i know have a better pc i was thinking my stream would be better , without any problem. But then again , i tought that on the scale of 3mb upload it would be good, guess not ... or at least im not setting up the obs things that good. any advice ?
 
yea, i tried it and it does the same , that setting i just changed before i posted my last reply ... i guess im gonna have to change it back to the standard mode
