I VelozerHD used monitor capture in Windows 7, seems like I did a mistake there, regarding to the logfile, you use monitor capture instead of game capture... maybe you uploaded the wrong logfile?

Could be.
But besides warnings because of the hooking I don't see anything problematic.

But still not working i am going to reset my windows before it worked on windows 8
