Question / Help Pixelated stream, help pls

Hello, i have big problem with my stream, it is so much pixelated
My PC configuration:
CPU: i7 4770
16gb RAM
Video: Radeon r9 290
Monitor: benq GL2450
Internet speed: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3604236036
windows 8

Tried to stream on 3k bitrate, 1920x1080, but it is impossible to watch

I tried absolutely all, i reduce my stream quality, i change resolution, i turn off CBR, i changed my CPU preset e.t.c
Nothing help, absolutely nothing, i really don't know what to do

We will need to see an example recording and also a Log file before we can really tell you anything.

In general, 3k bitrate is the low end for 1920x1080 streaming, while its also the maximum recommended for unpartnered Twitch streams (3000-3500kbit). So, depending on the game you play, if its fast paced or has a lot of ongoing stuff on your screen, you will need probably double or even more bitrate to make it good in a livestream.
Hence it is currently recommended to just stream on 720p. Your viewers will thank you and your quality on 3k bitrate should be pretty good for most games. (Assuming everything is configured correctly)
