Question / Help Pixelated Recording

Dear Reader,

I have a problem with my OBS, after I record, I check my videos to see if they are good enough to upload. I have recorded a few videos lately and looked at them after. And all I see is massive pixels. That is all I see, massive, colored, pixels. You can not see anything that is happening in the recording. Can anyone help me fix this? I do not want to upload any videos like this. Thank you.
