Question / Help Pixel during stream.

Hello.
I do not understand why during my stream (No lags, 0 fps drops) The screen is filled with Pixel, making it impossible vision.
I have 0.50 mb/s during upload. (I know, i'ts so bad..)
Audio it's good.

My set.
2.80 Ghz processor and a 1gbvideo.

is there a way to stream with acceptable quality or not?

You could maybe do a shoutcast stream with that connection and use an acceptable audio quality, but even 240p stream will probably be too much. And downscaling to 240p does not look good anyway :/
Personally I recommend having at least 2mbit upload speed before starting to stream. Even 5 years ago when I started streaming I had more upload available than you now ;(

Oh, only your Internet Provider can really do that. You will have to ask them if you can upgrade!
