I just got a brand new computer:
Intel i7-5820K @ 3.3GHz
32GB Ram
GeForce GTX 970
Trying to stream Counter-Strike GO @ 1920x1080 downsampled 1.5 to 720p.
Whenver I play, I notice what feels a bit like lag... my FPS shows 150-200 fps, but it feels much more sluggish than that. Then I noticed that I'm pinging ~200 to most every Twitch sever.... 130 at best to the Miami server (I'm in Seattle)
I looked around and this does not seem normal. Most people seem to have normal pings (sub 50ms) to at least a few Twitch servers, even if they're far away.
Any ideas?
