Question / Help ping went up 4 times

can anyone tell me with streaming i go up 4 times the ping in a server then without.
IS there a way to decrease this?
 
How much upstream bandwidth do you have available? Run tests at Speedtest.net and Testmy.net and post the results. From your logs in your other thread you appear to be using a bitrate of 3300, yes? If this is very close to your maximum upstream bandwidth then you should lower it. You can also try enabling the Minimize Network Impact option in OBS under Settings > Broadcast Settings.
