Question / Help Ping spikes while streamming

Hello, I've been trying to stream for ages, finally I got optical fiber in my zone and I thought that would be enough to make me able to stream.
I'm trying to stream league of legends on twitch.tv and the issues that I am having is that usually I play with 57ms ping, but when I am streamming I'm getting ping spikes from 60 to 140 ms. This spikes affect my gameplay alot.
I'm using the Paris server, encoding 3200 bitrate, same for buffer, 1080p @ 30fps. I use cbr, aac 128 for audio and everything recommended by twitch to use with obs.

This is my internet speed:

My computer specs are:
Intel Core i5-2500K @ 3.30GHz
8 GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti
I am running windows 8.1 Pro

I've even tried to lower the bitrate to 2000 and same for buffer, encoding 720p @ 30fps, it lowers the ping spikes but they still exist, I still spike from 57ms to like 75-85ms.
Everything else is fine, I have no breaks in the game and no fps drops, the issues is the ping spikes.
There's a option called "Minimize network impact" if I check it, it seems all my ping issues disappear, my ping no longer spikes. But I am afraid that it will probably hurt the viewers.

What do you guys recommend me to do?

Thanks alot

use the "minimize network impact" option. I think its under the encoding tab or advanced tab.
