Question / Help Ping Spikes while Streaming League of Legends

Hello there OBS Team,

while i stream LoL i kinda have Ping Spikes between 40 and 60, is there a way to stop it spiking arround?

I have already activated the the minimize button, before the ping spikes went to 100 instead to 60

Please help
