Question / Help Ping problem when streaming CS:GO!

Hello. I've been streaming on my new setup for about 6 months. Streamed on my old account, but now on my new twitch account for 1 month. I've sometimes had little issues but got around fixing it fast. So everything has been okay. Now 2 days ago when I streamed, my in game ping spikes up and down very frequently. It stays at around 30 for 30 seconds and then spikes to 200 or even 500 sometimes and goes back down very fast. I'm using the same settings as always. I tried searching for help, lowered bit rate and stuff, nothing seemed to help.. :( I would appreciate any help you could give me. Thanks! :)

Thanks. I also tried minimize network impact. Didn't seem to help. The bitrate light started blinking yellow to green. I was also streaming 1080p 60fps couple times and that worked, so idk i dont think its the res! :)
