Question / Help Pictures do not move

Good Afternoon!

For some reason unknown to me I can not move more images or texts that I put in the editing area in the Preview out, what I did to block it unintentionally ?

I thank everyone's attention .
 
Not to make you seem like you wouldn't know what you are doing or anything, but, when you are running Preview, you make sure to click the "Edit Scene" button first before moving things around right? When it's clicked each item will have a red border around it.
