is there a performance difference betweeen installing OBS and using the folder that you unzip that contains the 32 and 64 bit launchers separately not requiring an install? Tried to find whether this has been asked previously, couldnt find any answers.
No. There is no speed difference between running the installer and just copying the binaries yourself. The installer does nothing to the registry or anything like that. Nor does it create a profile for you that you could not create yourself. ;)
