Question / Help people cant see the stream whilst others can.. (and buffer problems)

a few of the people that try to watch my stream just get a black screen and cant see nor hear me or my stream...

whilst other people can see the stream but they got buffer problems... whilst very few dont...

is it with me or with twitch? or with obs?

please help id really like to stream propperly
