Question / Help PC to PC streaming

This weekend me and 6 friends are doing a livestream for charity. Our plan is to have our desktops stream via LAN to 1 PC dedicated to streaming out to twitch.

Currently we plan on using splashtop to stream our PCs to the main streaming PC and have that stream out.

Just wondering if there's a better more efficient way of doing this, any help much appreciated!

Nginx can do this.
Will a single PC stream at the time or all rigs at the same time?
It is possible to set up everything (it should be possible to have multiple nginx running at different ports, but never tryed it actually) and then use a single PC for streaming.
