Can you give me some obs settings for streaming cs go:
PC specs: Processor: Intel Core I3 3.3Ghz
GPU:Nvidia Geforce Gtx 630
Ram:6 Gb
Net speed : 1 GB

Mh making your own thread would be more useful.
With that hardware - dont expect much. 480p 30FPS, its really old/slow stuff that you have here. Specially for CS:GO that likes a lot of power. Any chance to upgrade your rig?
And net speed seems a bit strange, 1gbit/s?

You can stream with this rig anything you want (just because x264 encoder uses the CPU and its really good, one of the best gaming/streaming CPUs right now, only the X99-plattform offers more and also costs way more).
Your download speed doesnt matter, we need upload.
Go to speedtest.net and select a couple of local servers and then a couple of servers in cities where Twitch.TV servers are sitting (like Frankfurt in Germany, London, and some USA locations if you live there and not in EU^^). Then tell us how high your upload speed is. If you got 3mbit/s or higher, you are good to go with 720p 60FPS.

P.S. but remember that your 750Ti is the entry level GPU from Nvidia, so you will most likely meet some low FPS ingame before your CPU runs out of steam. Specially in newer, demanding games, not in Minecraft.

Wait so i Can't play like GTA V without lagging (without streaming)?
For the connection ima test this tonight and post the result here.

Thanks!

What do you mean you cant play GTA V?

You should be able to play it, but with reduced settings. The 750Ti is not powerful enough to run all modern titles maxed out, in some games even my GTX 970 OC goes down (mostly the game is poorly optimized) :-)
Just wondering why a powerful rig with the 4790K gets the 750Ti, specially if gaming/streaming is the goal.
