PC random freeze when streaming League of Legends after a match finished.

I've seen a lot people reporting this issue but no final solution whatsoever.

Symptom:
Stream League, after a match finished, sometimes, the whole PC just freezes, no audio, have to force shutdown.

I've tried:

• Disable HAGS: no luck
• Swap test GPU (3080Ti, 4080): no luck
• Swap test RAM: no luck
• DDU: no luck
• Disable any OC/UV: no luck
• Run OBS with admin: no luck
• Use dGPU to game and iGPU to stream: no luck
• Use iGPU only, to game and stream (remove the dGPU completely): no issue

Logs and crash reports are attached.

Im having the same issue! Only crashes with League of Legends when leaving a match.
I have hardware accel turned off on Windows 10 and no fix :( I cant find a single solution.
