PC freezes while streaming

Hey everyone! I've been having issues while streaming in OBS since the last 5-6 weeks or so, about a month after going from Windows 10 to 11.
Usually I stream for about 3-4 hours. Whenever I go live currently, at a seemingly random moment (can be 45 mins or 2 hours) my PC freezes completely and I can't do anything else until I shut it down and restart it manually. The thing is, after I do so and fire up the stream again when I can, I typically end up being able to stream for hours afterwards just fine - in that case I've yet to see it crash a second time shortly after.

Obviously, this is very frustrating. I've been working on fixing some things as I could see them (also using logs to detect issues), like removing third-party plugins, doing a fresh OBS install and updating graphics drivers, as well as check Windows diagnostics. But so far, none of these things have helped to solve the problem.
So, I figured I'd ask here if anyone knows what else could be done.

One I want to add, is that I frequently record and stream at the same time, but recently this situation has happened regardless of if I do both or just stream.

I included a log from the latest session that got followed by the most recent freeze (I don't have any crash reports, just log files). Besides that I added a photo I made from the OBS stats window when my PC (which is just over 7 years old at this point) froze.

Thanks in advance!

An update: since this post I got rid of the Multiple Game Capture warning, which was the only one remaining (and nothing critical either). After this I did a test stream on an alt account yesterday - which ended up going well, so I was hopeful.

Today I did another stream on my main, and 24 minutes in it froze again. After a reboot and returning to going live asap I streamed for another 2,5 hours, which went entirely fine again.

The only different thing was that I changed my status on Discord and Steam to invisible yesterday, but I don't figure that'd make a big difference.
I turned off HAGS under Display Settings > Graphics Settings > Advanced (which is the only option there) as well.

Is there anything else I can consider doing?

if your entire PC is freezing this wouldn't be something you'd solve in OBS....there is either a hardware or driver issue that is being triggered.

In the event logs, there's a couple errors that keep popping up.
One that shows up after booting up is one from TPM-WMI with event 1796: "The Secure Boot update failed to update a Secure Boot variable with error Secure Boot is not enabled on this machine." I double checked my BIOS settings, and Secure Boot is set to enabled, as far as I have seen. (Note: I had to update my BIOS before switching to Windows 11 in order to be able to enable PTT)
Another error was from DistributedCOM (event 10010). In services.msc I went to Function Discovery Resource Publication and changed the startup type from ‘Manual’ to ‘Automatic (delayed)’.

In the Performance Monitor I got reports from System Diagnostics and System Performance. It returned a few errors, which I fixed (don't have the specifics for those anymore).

I also ran DISM (returned no issues) and SFC (which found a couple of corrupt files that got repaired).

Hopefully that answers at least some of the questions - if you'd like to have further specific info, I'll see if I can look it up.
