Question / Help PC freezes often when streaming

Hi whenever I stream with OBS I am almost guaranteed to crash somewhere during the stream. Sometimes real quick and sometimes it can take 5-6 hours to occur. This almost happens once a stream. I have no clue what the issue is but I will try to provide as much info as I can.

Note: I did look for logs to only find that the map for Crashdumps is empty. Though I have a log which might also help.

Stream settings:

Encoding: Intel Quick Sync, I tried X264 but that doesn't change a thing.
Bitrate: 3000Kb/s

My internet connection is 200mbit download and 20 mbit upload, this is sufficient and is 100% not giving any issues.

Video: 1920x1080 downscaled 2.00 so output = 960x540 (this I find sufficient)
60FPS, 30 FPS when game is showing struggles. (meaning pretty much never)
Advanced:
Procespriority, normal.
Buffer ms 400ms
Quick Sync Preset 1 (best quality)
encoding profile: main
Keyframe: 2

There have been no other things adjusted at all.
Only extra plugin is CLR Browser plugin.

System Specs:

* CPU: Intel I7-4770K @4.4Ghz
* CPU: Cooler Master EVO 212 (double fans)
* GPU: EVGA GTX 780 SC ACX 6GB SLI
* Motherboard: Asus ROG Maximus VI Hero
* RAM: Kingston HyperX Blu 1600Mhz 16GB
* HDD: 1TB @ 7200RPM + 1TB 7200RPM + 2 TB @7200RPM + 2TB @7200RPM
* SSD: Samsung 120 GB 840 EVO
* SSD: Samsung 250 GB 840
* Case: Enermax Fulmo GT

Additional info.

System does not overheat. Reached CPU temps are usually between 60 and 70 degrees. (Used tool is HWMonitor)
System does not crash during hardware testing. Whenever a benchmark is running the system will pass it flawelessly.

SLI:
Streaming and SLI do not mix, this I am known with. Though having SLI activated or not does not affect the streaming at all. Crashes will occur no matter what.

Drivers:
All drivers have been updated till te latest with exception of Nvidia due to a known issue with GTX 780s

What exactly happens?

PC will freeze without any indication of failure going on or any critical errors being provided by monitoring programs. The game will still be on screen when the PC freezes. Only a hard reboot, is a way to get the system running again. Pressing the reset button does not work.

I never did actually. As in the past (bout 6 months ago) it wouldn't even let me use it due to incompatibility with drivers. Never thought of it anymore, will try!
